Meet Tracy

she/her/hers

Before becoming a personal trainer, I worked a physically demanding job in animal care. Having dealt with daily back and knee pain—and having watched coworkers go out on disability—made me realize how essential strength and mobility are for me to live pain-free. Along the way, I developed my own strength training routine and have been an avid runner since competing in cross country and track & field in high school. Those experiences inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others do the same.

I bring that same awareness into every session, meeting you where you are and designing programs to help you move better and feel stronger. I focus on building strength and mobility from the ground up, especially for beginners. With an energetic approach and regular check-ins, I’m your accountability partner—here to help you stay consistent and build confidence every step of the way.

My clients leave with a deeper trust in their bodies and a clear understanding of what they’re capable of.

When I’m not in the gym, I enjoy teaching group fitness classes and outdoor bootcamps in the Sunset District. On the weekends, you can find me running the trails in Golden Gate Park, taking long walks along Ocean Beach, dancing to 80s music, or relaxing at home with my cat, Quentin.
